Overview:
Pure Roots is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Marketing to join our team. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of various marketing channels and the ability to drive results through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, billboards, and traditional advertising.
- Lead the creation of compelling content across various channels, including website, social media, and print materials.
- Manage SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the cannabis or related industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
